The final Kansas Class of 2025 rankings were updated and published this morning. The class now includes more than 250 ranked athletes and almost 100 athletes committed to playing college volleyball.

Prep Dig Kansas was launched in 2020, this class of athletes would have been playing eighth-grade volleyball.

This will be the last time that the rankings change. Scouts will continue to update player profiles for athletes who commit later this spring, but the ebb and flow of the rankings process has concluded.

I would like to share my appreciation to all of the athletes and parents who have supported Prep Dig by subscribing to our site. Without subscribers, we would be unable to provide reports on thousands of deserving Kansas athletes.

Each athlete in this report for one reason or another has earned a soft spot in my heart and my admiration. Good luck to each of you as your college journey begins after graduation.

I watched Mills play a ton over the past couple of years. She is a physical force who can hammer the ball. Each athlete I scout reacts differently when they know that I am in the gym. Mills was always polite, social, and seemed to step up her game when she knew I was around. The Seaman Product has signed to play volleyball for the University of Tulsa. The Golden Hurricanes are a Division I Program that plays in the American Athletic Conference. I may have to make a trip to Tulsa to watch some volleyball and eat lunch at the White River Fish Market somewhere down the road.

Budke is another big-time hitter who owns a physical game. She has committed to play for the Nebraska-Kearney Lopers after gradution. UNK is getting a steal with this signing. Budke is a Division I talent who will be playing for a Division II program. Beloit is a program that has been very supportive of Prep Dig and is a winning program that's a treat to watch. I still can't believe that Budke and the Trojans did not win a state title either of the past two years. She has a bright future and the skills to lead the Lopers to a MIAA title run.

Washington is another athlete going to to Division II program that I feel could play Division I ball. The Jaguar hitter is quick and physical. She has signed to play at Central Oklahoma. Washington is one of a handful of players in this class I worked hard to help get recruiting exposure. Andover Central has been a winning program and she has the intangibles to be a winner at the collegiate level.

Traffas is an example of the type of athlete who I feel Prep Dig was made for. A small school prospect, who otherwise might not get the recongition she deserves. Traffas played for an elite club team, which heped her get exposure, but I like to think Prep Dig helped college coaches take a loot at the Attica prospect. She has committed to play for Washburn University. I will only have to travel a couple of blocks to see her play for the Ichabods. She is as steady a defender as I aver ever seen, and could fight for the strating libero position right out of the gate in Topeka.

Wichita North is a program that caught my eye last summer playing in a summer tournament at Butler Community College. Buss stood out during that event and when is saw her play during the regular season and at the Class 6A State Tournament in Salina. She has committed to play for McPherson College. It warms my heart that she will get a chance to play college volleyball. There are college programs still looking to add talent from the Class of 2025. There are a couple of Buss's teammates whose names I have been passing on to inquiring college coaches.
