I've watched Bollier's skills grow steadily over the last year or so. She's always had a good feel for the game, reading the attack and anticipating where the ball will be. It puts Bollier in position to make plays. Her reflexes and reaction times are solid, allowing her to cover a good amount of the court. Bollier does a nice job keeping the ball in play. Her teams stay in points. It's been a noticeable step forward for Bollier this club campaign, and another jump during the 2025 school-ball season would raise her recruiting stock even more.

Austen has a strong case to be the No. 1 player in her class, and that's where she currently ranks here at Prep Dig Iowa. I've seen Austen in action for the last few years, and she's made steady and impressive progress during that time. She's been a problem for opponents at the pin for quite some time. Austen has become more consistent and powerful as she's grown and developed her skills. She's made great strides in becoming a better all-around volleyball player, now shining through six rotations regularly in club and school ball. Austen attracts a crowd of college coaches when she's on the court, and that should continue to grow until she makes her choice.

Vogt's ceiling is as high as anyone in the state. She's made excellent progress in reaching for it the last few seasons. Vogt has followed up a super sophomore season by taking it up another level this club campaign. She looks taller every time I see her, and that height is accentuated by long arms. Vogt is a good athlete with explosion off of the court and growing power in her swing. She's not perfect in the back row, but nobody is. Vogt is one of the state's better six rotation performers.

Rogers compares favorably to the other top hitters in a strong class at the position. She's developing steadily at the pin, adding to her vertical and power in her swing. Rogers has improved her swing consistency and ability to read the defense. She's become a better defender during the last year. Rogers has worked hard on sharpening her whole game and becoming a strong all-around volleyball player. It shows as she helps her teams through six rotations.

Sweers has bounced back this club campaign from an injury that ended her prep season prematurely. The explosiveness and quick reactions returned quickly. Sweers continues sharpening her skills and improving as an all-around performer. She's improved a ton in the back row during the last year. Added strength has translated into a more powerful swing, and Sweers' leaping ability and hang time allow her to read defenses. She has become more proficient in defending the net as well.

Miller is among the best back-row players in the state, and she has a strong case to be on top at the position. With cat-quick reflexes, Miller handles any pace coming her way. She's gotten much better reading the attack, putting her in position to utilize her quickness and technical skill in the back row. Miller delivers useable passes regularly no matter where she picks up the dig. With excellent concentration and focus, Miller is locked into what she needs to do at all times.
