17 Premier Gold will be the only 17's team in the Great Plains Region playing in Open:

Let's start out with 6'2” Outside [player_tooltip player_id='275935' first='Addison' last='West'], a Skutt Catholic product. She has long levers and moves so well across the net. West transitions so well on the pin allowing her to hit any shot she wants with her quick arm swing and good hang time. She can take great swings in the middle position too. Her quickness and ability to see the open floor are huge! You can tell how much this North Carolina Commit loves the game by the passion and energy she exudes on the floor! She will be a work horse for 17 Gold in Dallas.

Bennington's Hayden Liesback is also a force to be reckoned with on the pin.The 6'2” senior to be is strong and has hops. She is able to power through the block and has a high contact point. Liesback has a great cut shot as well. Her ability to set the block makes her hard to hit at. Look for her and West to pack a 1-2 punch on the pin.

The Columbus Discoverer's have an absolute gem with 6'0” [player_tooltip player_id='275936' first='Paighton' last='Erb']. She is quick and can get up. Erb does a nice job of keeping the ball in front to allow her to hit different spots. Lover her energy on the floor as well! Premier 17 Gold's front row is a tall and athletic line up when West or Liesback is with Erb in front row.

5 '10 " [player_tooltip player_id='275901' first='Hayden' last='Booth'] has really shined this club season! More impressively is how well she plays floor defense. She has a defense first mentality on the floor and tips are not happening in right back if she has anything to say about it. Booth has a calm demeanor and has soft hands. Booth has a ton of firepower to set across the net in Dallas. Watch out for her sneaky float serve too!

Libero Kami Drystad is one of the best liberos and defensive players in Class of 2026 in Nebraska right now. She reads so well and is so quick. Drystad is always ready to play the ball and remains low and cushions balls so easily in defense. She has great footwork and is a worker bee for 17 Gold. Love her relentlessness on the floor!

Nebraska One 17 Black will be representing the Great Plains Region in the American Division. Let's take a look at some of their players:

Let's start out with 5'7” [player_tooltip player_id='275943' first='Lily' last='Wohlgemuth']. This pin hitter packs a punch and takes smart shots. Her contact point is high and she sees the floor and opposing blockers well. The Lincoln Lutheran product has plenty of championship experience in her back pocket to take with her to Dallas.

Another Lincoln Lutheran standout and teammate is Mckenzie Sidlo, who is a 2027 athlete. She can play middle, set or right side. She shines on the opposite pin and can fly in with a hard line shot. Sidlo is a great server as well! Look for her to be a force on that opposite pin in the American Division.

Multifaceted in two positions is setter and right side hitter [player_tooltip player_id='219728' first='Sydney' last='Hengelfelt'] is a 6'0” athlete that can do a lot of things well. If you need her to hit she can do that anywhere across the net if you need her to set she can do that too! She has great, soft hands and her height is a big advantage when blocking.

Her counterpart is Lincoln Lutheran's [player_tooltip player_id='349457' first='Bella' last='Sjuts'], a Wayne State Commit who is also very versatile. She can set or hit on the opposite pin or out of the middle. She has great hands and a calm leadership on the floor. She, too, has a lot of big game experience with three State Championships at Lutheran.

6'0” Outside [player_tooltip player_id='365054' first='Evelyn' last='Timmons'] is strong and explosive on the pin. She is a talented six rotation player from Fairbury that can serve receive out of Zone 6 well and play good floor defense. Timmons is really athletic with long levers. She has good court vision and can mix up her shots as well.
