<p>Here's some more analysis of standouts from the Stock Up Showcase from Saturday. The competition and athletes brought the heat from the outdoors to the court. So much talent over all positions and courts at The Volleyball Academy in LaVista. Here is a look at some of the athletes that caught our eye.</p>

<p>5 '10 " Aayliyah Bentley out of Millard West has fantastic energy. She has a great wrist snap and is able to place the ball strategically on the floor. She hustled all over and brought energy and leadership to her teammates. Bentley did a nice job of finding the open floor and running a 3 or 31 out of the middle. Keep her on your radar as she heads into her senior season!</p>

<p>Omaha Concordia has a great one in 5'9” setter [player_tooltip player_id='512869' first='Alyse' last='Moulton']. The Club Legacy 16 Alpha player is a superb hustler. She has a soft touch and she is quick. Her back sets are on point! Her focus on defense is great and she reads hitters well too. Keep this Class of 2027 player on your radar!</p>

<p>Libero/Defensive specialist [player_tooltip player_id='847842' first='Karlie' last='Burnett'] has great communication on the floor. The Elkhorn North product has a great first move to the ball. To go along with those great reads she is scrappy. Loved her positivity and being a great teammate throughout the showcase. Keep tabs on this scrappy athlete heading into the fall!</p>

<p>Here is a small school talent to keep an eye on; Right side hitter [player_tooltip player_id='749311' first='Haylee' last='Wiig']. The Lincoln Lutheran opposite hitter is 6'1” and has a big heavy arm. She sees the court extremely well and gives her teammates energy with her big swings. Wiig can hit a cut shot or paint any sideline. She is strong enough to tool off the block as well. Love her power, strength and size on the opposite pin! Keep an eye on this Lincoln Lutheran Warrior. </p>

<p>Outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='521265' first='Jayda' last='Engelbart'] plays bigger than 5 '9". She takes huge swings and has a lot of torque behind them. Engelbart does a great job of keeping the ball in front, allowing to hit from different angles. Her explosiveness and body control help her hit line or angle. Keep tabs on her at Standing Bear this fall for her junior season campaign!</p>

<p>Kearney's [player_tooltip player_id='735073' first='Jamie' last='Wilkens'] is a 5'9” outside and defensive specialist. On defense she runs through the ball so well and picks up those sneaky tips. On the pin she has a great seam shot. She transitions deep and gives her plenty of time to power through. Wilkens can jump too! Keep an eye on this Bearcat this fall! </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='562301' first='Darriana' last='Damper'] from Omaha Westside is really athletic. She transitions on the pin really well and takes smart shots. Versatile for sure as a pin hitter or libero. Her athleticism shines through in either position. She is quick and takes huge swings. Her seam shot is hard to stop! Keep this rising sophomore on your radar!</p>

<p>Lots of versatility and athleticism in the gym on Saturday. The future of volleyball is bright across all graduate years and in all positions! It will be a fun fall for sure!</p>
