The lefty is trying to turn into a sound all-around player for Paris. She does the shoot set, the back set and a number of other sets. Mason even pushes balls to far corners to catch defenders off guard. She has unique angles on her serves and hustles hard after balls. Belknap does a good job reading hitters and beating balls to their spots. She slides out for one-armed passes when needed. Belknap even dup up CAL power hitter [player_tooltip player_id='601632' first='Kayleigh' last='Rogers'] on Saturday. Belknap said digs like that set up the rest of the play. She consistently trails plays giving the hitters good block protection. Holley backpedals quickly to recover on balls hit behind her. She also makes nice out of system passes.
