For the first time in a long time, I scouted a Spring Hill match.

They opened the Seaman Invitational with a loss to the Lansing Lions.

Here is a look at four athletes from the program coached by first-year head coach Kasey Parks.

[player_tooltip player_id='809534' first='Avery' last='Gallagher'], 5'10”, MB, Spring Hill, '27

Gallagher is ranked No. 41 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027 rankings. She is a physical middle with excellent blocking skills. She recorded three blocks and two kills in the loss to Lansing. She has an accurate serve and would be a solid addition to a JUCO or NAIA program.

[player_tooltip player_id='889897' first='Kaliyah' last='Phifer'], 5'8”, RS, Spring Hill, '27

Phifer is one of three unranked athletes who caught my eye yesterday. She is has a big frame and a big swing. She led the led team with four kills in the loss to Lansing. She also registered four digs and one block.

[player_tooltip player_id='889898' first='Abby' last='Sitler'], 5'8”, OH, Spring Hill, '28

Sitler is a sophomore whose game I liked. She played six rotations and was a factor at the net and as a defender. In the opening match of the tournament, she recorded two kills, nine digs, and five serve receptions. She has the versatility to hit or be used as a defensive specialist in the future.

[player_tooltip player_id='889899' first='Langley' last='Krings'], 5'7”, OH/DS, Spring Hill, '29

The Spring Hill player who impressed me the most was a freshman, Krings. She also has six rotation skills. She collected three kills, nine digs, and a team-high 16 serve receptions. Prep Dig Profiles have been created for Krings and the other two unranked prospects mentioned above.
