Foran has invested in developing timing and rhythm with her setters, sharpening her effectiveness on combination plays. That work has made her a more dynamic option in the middle, where her presence disrupts opposing offenses. She embraces the role of underdog, reflecting the depth and determination of Palos Verdes. “One part I have worked heavily on is my connection with my setters on combination plays and different sets,” she explained. Medvin has worked to become a steady presence at the net, focusing on closing blocks and providing more touches for her defense. “I have worked on closing and being more consistent on the block,” she said. Her transfer to Murrieta Valley has given her a bigger platform, and she has responded with determination to establish herself in a high-level program. Pierce has refined her ability to manage the game through decision-making, consistently setting up hitters to succeed. Her court leadership is strengthened by years of shared experience with teammates who also played club together, giving their offense rhythm and cohesion. “I have worked to improve my decision making and putting my hitters in the best position to be able to score,” Pierce said. In the Division 1 Championship Bracket, she helped her team prove they could compete at the highest level before falling to Santa Margarita. Stark is building into a 5-1 setter who can handle the demands of running an offense while staying active at the net as a blocker. Her focus and discipline reflect her commitment to mastering a role that requires both control and versatility. “I really have been working on being a 5-1 setter and being able to block then be ready to set,” she said. A left-handed setter who also competes in softball, Stark brings an added layer of athleticism and competitive edge to her role. Taumoefolau has sharpened her defensive reads and footwork, becoming more reliable in keeping rallies alive. She's known for accountability and positivity, traits that elevate her influence as a teammate. “I have worked on my defense and back row, being in the right spots, having quick feet and having good reads,” she said. Her presence is just as impactful for her ability to lift others and keep a calm, focused environment in pressure situations. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247     [player_tooltip player_id='877588' first='Kaelin' last='Lagarde'] finds the right set, every rotation.   Lagarde has focused on improving her court awareness, especially in building a stronger connection with her middles to give Edison's offense multiple options. “One part of my game I have worked on is my awareness on the court. Finding certain plays and ways I can better my hitters,” she said. Her growth reflects Edison's larger identity this season, a group that has been locked in at practice, overcoming obstacles together and proving the program's readiness to compete at a higher level. Already tested against top competition, Lagarde has embraced the challenge of league rivals like Huntington Beach, where she helped Edison claim a statement win. Away from the court, she brings balance and focus through surfing, a reflection of her steady mindset. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247     [player_tooltip player_id='753204' first='Caitlyn' last='Paige Yulfo'] brings energy and leadership to every swing.   Yulfo has been intentional about improving her communication, pushing herself to be louder and more vocal on the court. “These past weeks in practice my coach has encouraged me to be loud and be a leader on and off the court,” she said. That growth has given her the ability to guide her team through tough stretches and keep momentum alive. What makes Temecula Valley special is the bond that extends beyond the gym, with teammates and coaches creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Yulfo's athletic background in softball sparked her introduction to volleyball, and she continues to carry that competitiveness into her game. As just a freshman in the class of 2029, this season is the very beginning of her recruiting journey, with plenty of time to keep building her voice and her game. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247     [player_tooltip player_id='471111' first='Anaya' last='Francois'] plays with focus, creativity, and composure.   Francois thrives when solving problems at the net, relying on her game IQ to score against size and defensive pressure. “I hope that my focus and game IQ shows in the game, especially when I'm put in a position where I need to score points against a huge block,” she said. With multiple club teammates on her high school roster, her chemistry within the Temecula Valley lineup is clear, helping the team maintain confidence in both comebacks and high-level competition. Off the court, Francois is an artist whose eye for detail and creativity mirrors the way she approaches the game. For the class of 2026 outside hitter, this year is a pivotal point in her recruiting journey to prove how her versatility translates at the next level. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247     [player_tooltip player_id='507405' first='Rachel' last='Nemee'] refuses to let the ball hit the floor.   Nemee has committed herself to being a ruthless defender, reading attackers and responding with quick reactions in the back row. “One part of my game that I have worked on consistently is being an absolutely ruthless defender and not letting anything hit the floor,” she said. With a young St. Mary's roster, she is part of a core building chemistry that will last for years, and she reflects that foundation with resilience and scrappy play. A member of the varsity drill team, Nemee's quick footwork and agility translate directly to her range and movement as a libero.
