[player_tooltip player_id='573584' first='Larae' last='Jones'] put together a standout performance at the 210 Countdown City Classic, earning Top Performer honors by consistently setting the tone on the pins for Premier Volleyball. Already a familiar name to Prep Dig scouts and a member of the official Prep Dig Watch List, Jones showed clear growth in her offensive game, attacking with confidence and purpose throughout the weekend. From a technical standpoint, her ability to score at multiple tempos stood out, particularly in serve-receive rotations where she attacked quicker sets with clean footwork and efficient arm mechanics. As rallies extended, Jones seamlessly transitioned back to the left side, adjusting to higher tempo balls while maintaining range and shot selection. What separates her from many attackers in her class is her willingness to stay aggressive even after being challenged by the block, consistently finding ways to score or force defensive breakdowns. Add in her visible passion and competitive edge, and it's easy to see why Jones was one an impactful and reliable performer in the tournament field.

[player_tooltip player_id='482062' first='Addison' last='Ezell'] earned Top Performer recognition at the 210 Countdown City Classic by impacting the match in every rotation and across every phase of the game. A member of the Prep Dig Texas Watch List, Ezell showed why she is regarded as a complete all-around player in the 2028 class. From a defensive standpoint, her work out of middle back was exceptional, consistently reading attackers, controlling hard-driven balls, and turning defensive plays into clean transition opportunities. What elevated her performance even further was her ability to immediately shift from defense to offense, attacking the pipe set with confidence and timing when her team needed a spark. In serve receive, Ezell passed at a high level, allowing her setters to stay in system and run a balanced offense under pressure. Her athleticism shows up not just in her movement, but in her ability to execute technically sound skills at game speed. When evaluating her overall impact, Ezell checks every box — ball control, offensive versatility, defensive range, and competitive presence — making her an impressive six-rotation performer.

[player_tooltip player_id='906553' first='Nariah' last='Miller'] emerged as one of the most difficult matchup problems at the 210 Countdown City Classic, earning Top Performer honors through her unique offensive presence at the net. A left-handed attacker lining up in the middle front, Miller consistently forced opposing middle blockers into uncomfortable reads and footwork patterns, creating scoring opportunities that are rarely seen at the 16s level. From a technical perspective, her exceptionally high vertical and ability to contact the ball at true high reach made timing her attack a constant challenge for opposing blocks. She repeatedly punished late or misaligned blockers, terminating points with authority and confidence. Beyond the physical tools, Miller showed an advanced understanding of spacing and angles, using her lefty swing to attack seams and exploit defensive gaps. Her high motor was evident on every rally, as she transitioned quickly and stayed engaged even when plays extended. With her combination of athleticism, competitive edge, and natural mismatch potential, Miller looks poised for a breakout year and firmly placed herself on the radar with her performance in San Antonio.
