Rankings Update: Rounding Out The KS ’29 Top Twenty

I have seen her play during club ball and at a recent Prep Dig Showcase. She is a six-rotation talent who can set, hit outside, or play as a defensive specialist. Washburn Rural does not post public stats; her ranking is based primarily on her upside and having seen her compete in person. Anderson is ranked No. 11 overall. She played a secondary role on last season's state-runner-up squad, but posted nice numbers as a freshman. She finished with 103 kills in 76 sets played. Hayden's lineup was a tough one to crack, and Chisham played mostly on the front row. I expect her role and numbers to increase during her sophomore campaign. She parlayed a solid freshman season into a spot in the Top 20. She finished third in kills last season for the Cardinals. Her freshman stat line included 119 kills and 20 blocks in 96 sets played. After previously being ranked No. 19 overall, she now finds herself in the No. 14 spot. She debuted in the ranking last October. She played in just 62 varsity sets last season, but collected 29 kills and 22 blocks in that limited action. She is playing club ball with Shockwave, the elite club program in the Wichita area. During her freshman campaign, she registered 293 digs and 373 serve receptions. She has been ranked by Prep Dig since the first Class of 2029 rankings were created last spring. She is ranked No. 15 overall. She has a nice swing, can jump, and could improve as an attacker by improving her strength. She is ranked No. 16 overall after previously being ranked No. 45. She tallied 56 kills, 53 digs, and 15 blocks at the varsity level as a freshman. She is ranked No. 18 overall in the Kansas Class of 2029. She was previously ranked No. 46 overall. She is being proactive in selling herself by playing club ball and staying in touch with scouts. She looked a step quicker in the most recent highlights of hers I watched. She plays with high-energy, is versatile enough to play six rotations, is well-coached, but she could use some new kicks. The pink ones she wears for club ball clash with the orange and black! Rossville's Hubbell recorded 59 kills and nine blocks in limited varsity time as a freshman. Rossville is going to be loaded for bear the next couple of seasons, and a lot of people will have eyes on that program and Hubbell. She is ranked No. 19 overall. She was previously ranked No. 66 overall. I watched some of her recent club highlights, and she can swing it like Paul Bunyan swung an axe or John Henry swung a hammer. Do kids these days even know who those two are? Anyway, as I digress, Snyder has a smooth approach and hits the ball with authority. College coaches are always asking about middle hitters, so this is one to put on your draft boards for later.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
