What an electric weekend action‑packed, loud, and full of intensity. Teams weren't just chasing bids; they were battling for bragging rights, proving their worth, and doing everything they could to knock off whoever stood in the way of the ultimate goal: a ticket to GNJC in Indianapolis. The upperclassmen handled business the way you expect them to steady, composed, and delivering when the moment called. But the real surprise? The youth movement was out in full force. The 2028s, 2029s, and even the 2030s showed up fearless, hungry, and ready for their spotlight. Graduation may still be months or years away for some of them, but they're already stepping onto the stage, attempting to steal the show early.

Yes, they ran the gauntlet as a unit, but without a few standout players leading the way, they don't grab our attention the way they did and they definitely did. All respect to the talent over at Lions Starved Rock and Windy City Premier; we didn't get to see as much of you this time, but you earned that gold and every bit of recognition that comes with it. Your names will be in black and white and for some, probably already have been at points. But right now? This youth movement is strong. And the way these young athletes competed, responded, and rose to the moment makes it clear: the future is coming fast.
