Johnson shows maturity responding to tough situations and is extremely even keeled on the court. Johnson does what she can to help her teams win each time she takes the court. She can take solid swings from all six positions on the court. Johnson rips the seams hard. She quickly rises up and smacks down quicks well before opponents can get hands on the balls. Lanz also excels at gap shots. Defensively, Lanz gets hands on balls on blocks attempts to slow down balls for defensive specialists, if not downright rejecting them. She executes the offense at a high level and sets up hitters at their peaks so they can smack balls down. Osterkamp makes great adjustments to her hitters. She takes hard swings there and at the pins. She has tough crosses and slides balls in between double blocks. Payton makes great in-air adjustments, mixing in hard hits with soft touches to keep defenders guessing. Payton angles overpassed balls away from opponents and is an aggressive blocker. Hurley makes great reads and does not dwell on mistakes. She comes back and makes the next plays better. Hurley is a solid passer and is very coachable.
