Osterkamp performs a number of sets well. She also moves her feet on defense then makes precise passes. Osterkamp had 455 assists and 222 digs helping Notre Dame go 32-8 and finish state runner-up.

The lights did not turn out to be too bright for Osterkamp in her first appearance at the state tournament. She went out and performed as well as she has all season. She involved a number of hitters with various sets per usual and hustled hard after balls. Osterkamp said it’s important not to go into games like that nervous, instead treating it like a normal game. She added the teammates that have experienced the state tournament help her feel comfortable on the court.

Osterkamp continues to find ways to better balls in Notre Dame’s fast-paced attack. She delivers balls to teammates crisply in a number of ways including back sets. Osterkamp also delivered some tough serves in the Notre Dame win. Osterkamp said she feels the competition in both club and high school helps her improve a lot.

She reads defenses and tries to make solid sets to the deeply talented Panda hitters. Osterkamp does what she can when Notre Dame is out of system to help the hitters take quality swings.
