The USA Volleyball Junior National Club Championship brings together the best club programs in the country under one roof in Indianapolis, and Prep Dig will be on the floor to scout the field from the very start. As part of the pre-tournament showcase on June 24th at the Indiana Convention Center, several Prep Dig state-ranked prospects and those who are currently unranked but also very intriguing prospects to be from across the country will step onto the court before the main event begins. College coaches looking to get an early read on the next wave of talent would do well to circle the following names before the tournament tipping schedule fills their notebooks. Let's take a look at a few of the names who will be in attendance.

Kaiya Ramos is a stellar middle blocker in the class of 2030 whose ceiling is genuinely wide open. The attributes that define great middles at the next level like closing angle at the block, swing efficiency against fast tempos, and first-step quickness off the net are the things that show up earliest in a prospect's development and signal trajectory. What makes her interesting beyond the frame is that she is already competing in a national environment before her high school career has meaningfully started, which suggests both a competitive drive and a club development path that is accelerating her exposure. I am excited to watch her lateral movement and whether her blocking instincts feel natural or reactive against some of the older competition. I will spend a lot of time with the middles and deliver some insight that I find.

Miss Reed has already been evaluated by some of our scouts at a Prep Dig Indiana Exposure Tour Showcase, which means she has been in a dedicated scouting environment and held up well enough to earn her current ranking. We will definitely be watching to provide our own evaluation. At 5'7" with real runway ahead in her development, the things to watch are how quickly she processes the floor in front of her, whether her sets carry consistent tempo and location across multiple hitters, and how her footwork holds up when a pass pulls her off the seam. We have seen some really strong setters from Indiana in the past few years and I cannot wait to see her in action myself. Stay tuned for some solid scouting reports on her.

Jordyn is a 5'5" libero who has been ranked by Prep Dig in an Arkansas class of 2029 that has some solid ballers. That placement tells me that I should be watching her very closely to see how she fares against the best of other states that will be in attendance. Liberos at this age who reach national showcase environments are almost always winning with platform discipline, lateral floor coverage, and an ability to read attackers early rather than reacting late. She is the kind of prospect whose best tools tend to show up most clearly in the showcase format, where the defensive read and the first step carry more weight than they do in a box score. Stay tuned to see if she was able to distinguish herself amongst the great competition we have signed up.
