Keys led Waller's comeback with a remarkably consistent and productive performance, which made an impact in different areas of the game. The senior setter was in system basically the entire time and made the most of it, running a very efficient offense that kept all the hitters involved but went to the top options in key moments. Keys also had a large offensive role with the Bulldogs, turning into a hitter when she was at the net and coming up big to put the ball down in moments of pressure. She also blocked well, getting a key stop near the end of set four, and performed excellent digs at the right back position.

Bailey was excellent on the back row for Waller and was another key piece in their comeback. The senior libero was flawless in serve-receive, covering her teammates and keeping the team in system at all times. Bailey also made a big impact on defense, controlling many hard-driven swings that went into her zone and showing excellent reading to anticipate plays and get to tips. The libero also set well in transition, served efficiently, and was very disciplined when covering her hitters, managing to recover some balls after they were blocked.

Zatz' calming presence at the net brought a lot of stability to Waller's game and helped them find their way after their first-set loss. The senior middle was extremely efficient and provided some much-needed veteran leadership in key moments for the Bulldogs. Zatz had an outstanding blocking performance, reading opponents well, playing aggressively above the net and coming up with stops in important moments. She wasn't among the team's main scoring options, but did well when she was set, putting the ball down at a consistent rate.

Hawkins performed very well in what may have been the most high-pressure match of her young high school volleyball career, earning a spot among Foster's top players on the court. Playing as a right side hitter, the freshman was a reliable scoring weapon for them. Hawkins demonstrated great firepower and vision to score off quickers and higher sets on the right and was intelligent at using tips when working in less-than-ideal conditions. The freshman also made a big impact with her blocking, pressing Waller's pin hitters above the net and getting stops on the right.

Krametbauer had a good performance at the pin for Foster and was their main scoring option throughout the match. The senior outside hitter made the most of her length, using it to hit over the top of opposing blockers and to tool them. Krametbauer also had a nice blocking presence at the net, registering a few stops and consistently getting in the way of opponents. She also played well in serve-receive, being accurate with most of her deliveries.
