Geiser was another lefty who caught my attention right away. It wasn’t just because she has a big, powerful swing (which is quite impressive), but rather it was because of her ability to adjust to just about any set that comes her way. She does a great job of making plays even when the set isn’t perfect, which is a valuable skill for any hitter. Add in her wicked float serve and solid defense, and you have a standout player that brings a lot of tools to the court.
