Prep Dig Arkansas Players of the Week: Sept 14th -18th

Both players had amazing weeks and led their teams to victory. The Eagles went 3-0 last week with wins over Manila, Walnut Ridge and Hoxie, with Eades producing all over the court. Service line, net, digging...she was everywhere. This week will be a little lighter for the Falcons as they take on 7-5 Harrisburg. The Hornets are 6-1 in 3A 3 play with the lone loss courtesy of CRA on Sept 3rd. Should be a great atmosphere in the Hornets home gym.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In 11 sets, Eades put down 39 kills while averaging 3.5 kills per set. She also added 13 aces, 26 digs and 21 serve receptions. Her season numbers show just how much she is doing for CRA. She does much more than simply run the offense. Miller contributes defensively, at the net and from the service line while directing a powerful Fayetteville attack. The Bulldogs have a huge week coming up. They take on both Bentonville squads on the road. The Bentonville Tigers will face Fayetteville for the first time this season, then a rematch with the Bentonville West Wolverines, which the Bulldogs took 3-0 at home. Either game could be the the Prep Dig Game of the Week!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>She handed out 71 assists in just seven sets last week while adding 28 digs, 5 kills, 3 blocks and 2 aces. For the season, Miller has 295 assists and is averaging 10.2 assists per set.
