Players to Watch – Triple Crown NIT – 17s Power Pools

<p>It is here!  The Triple Crown National Invitation Tournament held at the Kansas City Convention Center.  There will be hundreds of talented teams from across the country competing in this awesome tournament and over 500 college coaches in attendance. Texas will be well represented with 20 teams in the 17s age group.  The Lone Star State also has six of those teams representing us in the four Power Pools, which is comprised of the best of the best.  We will be previewing a few of the players that will be showcasing their abilities in Kansas City.  They are some of the best players in the 2023 grad class.  Let’s meet a few of the talented players who college coaches need to watch from the Power Pools that we have not covered yet.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Dallas Skyline 17 Royal</strong></p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="87540" first="Lauren" last="Ingram"], [player_tooltip player_id="87564" first="Macy" last="Taylor"], [player_tooltip player_id="141135" first="Reagan" last="Engler"], [player_tooltip player_id="87529" first="Krista" last="Dooley"], [player_tooltip player_id="153291" first="Hannah" last="Gonzalez"] and [player_tooltip player_id="141140" first="Becca" last="Kelley"] will be bringing the heat for this super talented group.  So far they are 15-6 overall on the year and ranked as the 16^thbest team in the country according to AES results.  We will be watching them closely as we have not seen them in person this season yet.  They are in Power Pool B to open up the tourney and will be playing against some serious competition.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Houston Juniors 17 Elite</strong></p> <p>Also in Power Pool B is HJV.  They are ranked as the top team in the Lone Star Region and 6^thnationally so far.  They sit at 15-2 overall on the young season and are eager to showcase their skills against the best in the nation.  They are led by some high-flying and hard hitting stars in [player_tooltip player_id="87531" first="Sydney" last="Jordan"], [player_tooltip player_id="87549" first="Cindy" last="Tchouangwa"], [player_tooltip player_id="87548" first="Arissa" last="Smith"], and [player_tooltip player_id="176661" first="Bianna" last="Muoneke"] among others.
