“There is a lot involved in my preparation for Triple Crown. I try to stay positive off and on the court about my play and performance, run through certain plays in my head, and listening to music before games. As a person of faith, prayer is an important part of my prep for all games and tournaments. Practicing 3-4 days a week, and growing together with my teammates to build trust and chemistry with each other is important. I also take private lessons to strengthen my weaknesses on the court and keeping my game up to par. Strength and conditioning is a key part to my preparation but more importantly the recovery. I see my sports therapists and chiropractor a few days a week.
