2023 Available Impact Outside Hitters

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Dig Minnesota released its final Class of 2023 Rankings this week and there are a whopping 66 Outside Hitters ranked and an additional 21 on the Watchlist. They've all had great prep careers and we are excited to see what they will do after high school. [player_tooltip player_id='73491' first='Sydney' last='Schnichels'], [player_tooltip player_id='73475' first='Sydney' last='Jaynes'], and [player_tooltip player_id='73469' first='Avery' last='Bolles'] have already started those journies and soon there will be many more joining them. Let's take a closer look at six top outside hitters that are still available to add to college rosters in the fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block has always been a high impact player for both Mayer Lutheran and her club teams.  She has developed a strong all around game and continued to add more weapons to her toolkit.  Waccholz has been recognized by Minnesota on the Class A All-State team and Class A All-Tournament Team multiple times.  She also made the 2022 USAV 17 National All Tournament Team.  Waccholz has proven time and time again she can win and some program could be really lucky to get her on their is a highly productive outside hitter and finds a way to make an impact no matter where she is on the floor.  She does a great job out of system, finding the edges of the block, or nailing the deep cross corner.  Brown is also terminal from either pin or the backrow and can attack any tempo.  She made the 17 Liberty USAV All Tournament Team in made the JVA Watchlist in 2022 before making the Class A State All-Tournament Team this past fall while competing with Mayer Lutheran.  She may not have the size of some other outsides but her work ethic and determination make her hard to stop.  She has the experience, maturity, and confidence to be a really solid six rotation player at the next level.  There is a lot of promise with this athlete and she could be a steal for a is a 5'11 outside that has a lot of buzz around her going into her final club season.  She moves really well and is creative in her choice of shots.  Luoma is skilled and fast in transition while able to change the pace of the game with a well placed rollshot or using the block.  Whatever you do, make sure there is a block in front of her or she will bury the ball.  This is a attacker that has been highly under is a raw athlete and the last time I saw her play for Edina she needed a little fine tuning which I am sure is happening with [program_tooltip program_id='428866' first='[program_tooltip program_id='428866' first='Vital' last='']' last=''] this season.  She has the height and the physicality to be a dangerous attacker from front or back row.  Many times you will see her hitting over the plock with her high contact point.  When she speeds up her armswing the ball is considered DOA (Dead On Arrival) to the floor.  This could be a last minute pickup that is a gamechanger for a college made her way onto my radar when I saw Belle Plaine at the Class AA Showcase this past fall.  Shortly after she helped lead Belle Plaine to the Minnesota State Championships and garnered AA All-State Team honors.  Swenson is a smart attacker that knows just where to place the ball and how to use the blockers hands against them.  Wehn she gets warmed up she can hang and then speed up her armswing to execute her swing going over the opposing
