Beerman had some clutch kills in the third game to allow the Lions to pull away. She did a good job mixing in soft and hard kills to keep the Eagles guessing. Beerman is a 5’9 pin hitter that gets a lot of opportunity for her Elevation 17 Cabo team. Her arm control in the air can create some challenges for the opposing defense as she can move the ball around with good range and a change of speed at the point of contact. She has six-rotation tools and provides good contributions with offense on both sides of the court and out of the back row as well as with her passing and defense.

Beerman is a primary pin attacker for Elevation 17 Cabo. She has impressive qualities in her fundamentally sound tools as a passer and attacker. She can generate her own opportunities and other in-system options in how she tracks the ball to her platform while also using good footwork and momentum build to maximize her lift to take healthy swings. She has good awareness as the net and arm control that can move the ball around through space or to challenge hands at the net well.

Beerman gave the Lions an offensive weapon this past fall and hopes to take on more responsibilities with the graduation of key hitters from last year’s Division III state runner-up team. Beerman can take back sets in the middle and pound them down in addition to shoving balls to the side. Beerman can also tap balls off blockers for points. Beerman had 116 kills and 36 blocks, helping Ursuline go 21-7 overall and earn a share of the rugged GGCL title at 6-2.
