Radaszewski is second on the team offensively for Ursuline as the junior, as expected, is performing at a higher rate than her effort in 2025. She is top-10 offensively in the GGLC at 2.4 k/s while among the top three defensively at a career best 15.6 digs per contest. Her athleticism is among some of the best in the league as she has explosive qualities to get off the grough and swing. She recently led her team to a big 3-0 win over GGCL rival St. Ursula as she earned a double-double with 10 kills and 11 digs.

Returning to Ursuline following a 2025 effort that saw her contribute 160 kills and 187 digs, Radaszewski (*pictured) is poised to do much more for a team that has good offensive balance throughout their rotation. The 5’10 pin is athletic and explosive as she can be dynamic in the air with her arm to provide good power and pace upon contact. She contributed six kills in the Lions recent win as this squad saw five athletes earning between five and nine kills for the bulk of their offense. Radaszewski led them defensively with 12 digs.

Even since the previous notes were shared about Radaszewski, she has upped her game and impact. She looks like she’s jumping even higher towards the end of the club season. Additionally, she looks more consistent in contacting at the peak of her lift to help her maximize her physical tools and the skills she has with her arm in the air. Her range looks broader and more comfortable in how she can maintain force of contact no matter where she is swinging from, including out of the back row. Elevation 16 Renfro is seeded into Pool 4 to open up the event.

The 5’10 outside hitter has continued to be impressive all club season, including showing gains in her ability to be more terminally effective with her arm. The increased efficiency of her movement is paying dividends for her to elevate and strike the ball for good results through the full scope of the opponent’s court. She makes a jump in the rankings this round as she and her Elevation squad are making final preparations for their opportunity in the upcoming USAV GJNC in the 16 Open division.

At 5’9, Radaszewski develops good lift off the floor that allows her to do good work above the tape on both sides of the ball. As a primary left side hitter, she brings athleticism and aggressiveness through her contact point. She can terminate through different attack points with good arm control, which makes it necessary for opponents to identify and track her early.

Radaszewski had some big moments in her effort for Ursuline this past high school season. At 5’9, she displayed good six-rotation skills with stable passing and defense in the back row. But, it was her offense that was the highlight of her game most often given her ability to get up and put some speed behind the ball upon contact while swinging with good range. She finished among the top 15 in total kills in the GGCL that led to a 1.7 k/s average. See her this club season with Elevation ‘s top 16U team.

Keep an eye on Radaszewski (*pictured) over the next couple of cycles. At 5’9, she can get up fast and is relentless in how aggressive she is with her arm. She was a high volume attacker for Elevation ‘s top 15U team this past club season and scored a lot of points with good pace and her ability to challenge the block well at the top of her approach. Her game has a lot to offer Ursuline in the tough GGCL and she could see some chances in 2025 as they have some big shoes to fill.

Radaszewski is sure to leave her mark on the Ursuline program in a similar way to big sister with her work ethic. She is mentally tough and can place balls all over the place and does not back down after opponents block her. The Lions should have plenty of options for her both offensively and defensively this fall.

At 5’9, Radaszewski (*pictured) can make a big statement at the left pin. The patience she has in her transition work is key to her getting her feet to the ball wherever it is located. That step-close work and balance in the air allow her to swing with good control including ripping the ball through space with good speed or being able to tool defenders with that same pace. Expect that she will be scoring a lot of points over the course of her career.

Radaszewski is developing great mental toughness during club season. She sends hard balls to the near and front lines. She is dominant on the go routes. Radaszewski does not let blocks her hurt her flow. She continues to attack. Radazewski said the key to getting power on balls is having a sound approach and making sure the setter puts the ball in front of her as opposed to behind.
