We’re starting with one of the most versatile 2027s at Sunday’s event. Anderson, who churned out over 200 kills for Janesville this fall, proved to be a six-rotation asset when she stepped into the showcase spotlight. Most outside hitters try to expand their highlight tape through hitting lines, but Anderson took the initiative to display her pinpoint passes, too. This is a veteran you can trust in the serve-receive pattern and the middle-back area.

A sophomore starter on a state semifinalist last season, Anderson contributed 157 kills, 88 digs and 19.0 blocks. With graduation losses, Janesville can expect Anderson to take on a bigger role in 2025. She looked primed for that possibility when competing during the LOVB Midwest Recruiting Showcase in June. Anderson is effective at ending points and blocking the opposing attack at both pins. Her vertical leap and strong swing help her find holes in the defense. Anderson adjusts well to the set, and her understanding of her strengths helps with efficiency.

I first saw Anderson earlier in the season at a tournament in Minnesota and was instantly impressed with her skills, intensity, and “never give up” style of play. Anderson is a workhorse on the court and is exceptional in many ways. She is a versatile attacker with an array of shots, is solid in serve receive, is a dynamic defender, and will track down every ball possible on the court. Coaches that are seeking versatile players will definitely be calling Anderson.

This girl can play. Anderson is a true 6 rotation player that is just simply a beast everywhere on the court. She has a powerful arm that can terminate multiple shots, is scrappy on defense, serve receives well, and the list goes on and on. What really captivated me though was that Anderson gives 110% on the court at all times. Truly a sensational player that is going to turn a lot of heads this year leading up to recruitment.
