Five 2028 Setters Added to the Freshman Watchlist

I introduced a few pin hitters in a previous article, but that was just the beginning. I'm getting to know more 2028s in all positions. She has great decision-making skills, varying her sets strategically between her great lineup of hitters. Additionally, Kiel has one of the top serves in her class. I've been following her progress, and her hard work is going to pay off big in high school. She is an exceptionally accurate jump setter with excellent form and technique. Ervin continually hones her skills with countless reps in the gym and strength and conditioning workouts off the court. She excels as both a setter and a pin hitter, fully utilizing her skills in each position. On the front row, she aggressively uses her high vertical to dominate with overpass kills and powerful hits past blockers. As a setter, she is able to use her attacking abilities on second ball and her “ups” to rack up some blocks. Her abilities as both a consistent setter and a strong hitter make her a valuable double threat, greatly boosting her recruiting potential. She has great form and technique, which allows her to give her hitters better sets and attack options. She has a great feel for when it's time to send send over a second ball and has multiple dump techniques. Itokazu is going to give you hustle all game on both front row and back row.
