10 Impact '27s from 10 Clubs That Rocked AAU Nationals

The 15s divisions of AAU Nationals finished up, and for most teams, that means their seasons have ended (some will go on to play at USAV Nationals). The teams that traveled to Orlando from Florida had some huge on-court success and big moments they will remember! Here is a shout-out to 10 players from 10 clubs who had a huge impact throughout nationals. Amary was one of the leaders in I AM VBC 15 Black's 3rd place finish in the 15 Spirit division. This is a huge accomplishment for her team, and Amary helped run the offense smoothly and efficiently. She has good form and works to get her feet to the ball every time. This helps her use her hands more often instead of her platform. Amary is fast and explosive. Maylee is a player I have seen play several times, and she only continues to improve. Her power and placement have really developed this season. She is a well-rounded 6-rotation athlete who brings consistency and energy to the court. She had a huge impact at nationals. Megan really impressed me with her execution on the court. She is a high-flying lefty who has a high contact and great snap on the ball. She was a go-to hitter when she was in the front row and manufactured points for Adversity Tatum is a setter and right-side player who has a huge impact. What I love about her play is that she only improves as the match goes on. She builds momentum and is a very competitive player with a lot of grit. She is the type of player who is hard to justify taking off the court because she is such a leader. Makenna really impressed me with her court awareness and all of the little things she did right. She always followed the ball to the line, put up clean free-ball passes, and moved her feet well. Makenna is also an impact player from the service line and in serve receive. Neveah was super impressive at AAU Nationals. She took huge rips on the ball and was smart with her swings. Her setters worked to get her the ball as much as possible because she manufactured points efficiently. Alina is a libero who has so much control. She played for [program_tooltip program_id='431479' first='Wisconsin' last='Juniors'] 15-1 and was nearly unstoppable in the backcourt. Her hustle was impressive, and her fundamentals were sound. Alina will be a player to watch in this class. Ivy was a 6-rotation middle for [program_tooltip program_id='428662' first='Wisconsin' last='Ice'] this past season. She is smart and dynamic and has an impact on almost every play. Ivy runs a smooth and powerful slide that is an almost guaranteed kill. Alexis is a lefty pin who is an impact player in all six rotations. Her back-row attack is equally as powerful as when she is in the front row. She always makes herself available to be an offensive weapon. This is a player to keep an eye on. Lucy was a go-to hitter for her Penguins squad. She was a leader on the court and was really impressive in all six rotations. Lucy was a huge energizer for her team and never backed down on a single point. She could reliably earn points while minimizing errors.
