About Audrina

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with intensity and passion - on and off the court

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love the game, so I will be cheering until my lungs give out whether I'm on the court, or off.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a part of the National Latin Honors Society and take academics seriously. I have received many academic awards throughout my schooling due to my prestigious record of maintaining straight A's while being a kind and caring student.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

During my 14U season, I was team captain, which sharpened my leadership skills. I am also in a mentoring program at my school which means being a leader for my school.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

To put it briefly, I have had to work with a coach whos whole goal was to see me fail; physically and mentally. I was at the ripe age of 13 when she screamed directly into my face after not being perfect at a drill the first time,"What is wrong with you!" She has repeatedly put me down, and fortunately I no longer have to deal with her as a coach.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to attend any college that allows me to play college volleyball (whether it be D1, D2, D3, or even NAIA) while still pursuing a major in pre-med and a minor in marine sciences.
