Scarlett Ferin Scarlett Ferin 5'10" | S Solon | 2027 State IA has been such a strong piece of the Spartan program. The senior setter has been playing with such selflessness all season and tries to help her team however she can. She is an incredibly smart setter and does a great job reading her opponents and uses her quick reaction time to make the smartest play possible. Defensively she puts up a strong block and moves well on defense.

I was able to watch Scarlett a few times this club season, and the one thing that was always so impressive to me was how clean and precise her ball placement was. No matter where her pass was, she never gave away where she was going, pulling off risky sets that you don’t see many setters trying. She shows a high IQ in her gameplay and truly knows how to control the pace of the game. Defensively, Ferin is a tough block to get around and makes herself known at the net.
