The purpose of our rankings is to bring exposure to the maximum number of athletes pursuing the recruiting process, with a chance to play at the next level. The most important guideline for our Scouts is that the rankings are a projection of someone's future collegiate potential, not a reflection of their current ability.

Important things to consider; Skill needed at that position, IQ, Toughness, Size, Athleticism, and Intangibles such as body language and energy. Keep in mind, all of our scouts place slightly different levels of value on each of those categories. If a player is more athletic, taller, or larger, that will compensate for current skill deficiencies. There's the old adage that you cannot teach size and skill. If you go down the different levels of college athletics, the difference is very rarely in skill level. The biggest gaps are in size, explosiveness, and athleticism.

We have spent countless hours in the gym and outside the gym scouting/discussing these players. Congrats to these top 5 players in our 2026 Oklahoma recruiting class.

1- [player_tooltip player_id='286287' first='Arriana' last='Brown']. She is an Outside Hitter for BTW High School and TPV 18-1. She is already committed to UNLV. She has been a 6 rotation player since her 7th grade season. Even at that age she was a standout player who seemingly could do it all. What caught my eye early on was just how quick and agile she was for her size and age. She quickly developed her passing and serving game at a young age. She has since become a mature hitter who can score in a plethora of ways. Front row, back row, power down the line, roll shot over the block and many more. UNLV is getting a good one and we know she will represent Oklahoma well.

2- Eyiloluwafe Adedeji. She is a Middle Blocker for Edmond Memorial High School and for Charge 16UA. She is already committed to Texas A&M. Lolufe exploded on the high school scene and never looked back. I'm not sure which part of her game is more impressive, her ability to read hitters and extend over the net or her range when hitting and ability to be available on every good pass. She can do it all up front. The former Sooner head coach is getting one of the best from Oklahoma to head south.

3- [player_tooltip player_id='301380' first='Olivia' last='Branum']. She is a Setter for Westmoore High School and for Peak 17-1. She is such a cerebral player. She understands the game like very few can. From reading the block, to having that FEEL about your hitters. She just makes great decisions throughout each rally. Her size and vertical allows her to fit into a 5-1 or 6-2 system. Taller setters are becoming quite a commodity at the next level. Olivia is one of the best setters to come from Oklahoma in the past 10 years.

4- [player_tooltip player_id='301377' first='Skylar' last='Brady']. She is a 6'1 Outside Hitter for Bethany High School and for Peak 17-1. She has already committed to Kansas State. Since she transferred to Bethany, she helped transform the program into a 4A powerhouse. Thay have gotten 30+ wins the last two seasons and became the state champs in 2024. Her 6'1 frame and immense athleticism is wild to see on the outside! She has the capabilities to take over matches. Her ability to hit out of the back row is a huge plus and will transfer to the next level well. We can't wait to see what she does at K-State.

5- [player_tooltip player_id='284928' first='Annie' last='Hopkins']. She is a 6'1 Middle Blocker for Edmond Memorial High School and for Charge 17UA. I can't imagine having 1 middle on your high school team making top 5 in the state, yet alone TWO. As one rotates off, another rotates on. Annie has been a stud since her freshman year. She has been turning heads and denting floors for the past three seasons. She is going to make the university she attends instantly better. She will add a ton of offensive firepower and an IQ that knows just where to swing each time. Watch out for Edmond Memorial this upcoming season, they are LOADED with talent.
