Class of 2025/2026 Rotation of the Month: April

These players with their team chemistry, high energy, and high volleyball IQ's have made their presence known and are standouts in Arkansas. These players are some of the best of the best. McGhee is great at swinging around the block and finding open spots in the court. This is due to her high volleyball IQ. Her height and reach also puts up a huge block scoring many of points from blocking on top of her attacks. She left an impression on me from this weekends Delta Region Bid Qualifier with her energy on the court and creating points from multiple ways. James was really well at placing the ball in the open court and putting up a big block with the pins. She has a high vertical and swings around the block really well. Herriage is also really impressive at tooling the block. She can score many points from the right side whether that is swinging hard driven balls or placing shots in the open court. She is also a pretty good blocker especially for her height. She can push the ball to the pins really well creating a great connection with the pins. Crowder reverses the flow at the net, putting the ball in a successful position for her attackers to rip the ball. Crowder also sometimes runs a 5-1 and is pretty aggressive in the front row. She makes some incredible plays and reads the opposing attackers very well. Bollinger has a very high volleyball IQ which has let her put herself into a position to be standing right where the opposing attackers are hitting.
