Setters are the quarterbacks of the court—controlling tempo, distributing the ball, and making hitters better with every decision. The 2028 class in South Dakota is stacked with floor generals who already show advanced court vision and clean hands. We've already highlighted [player_tooltip player_id='722208' first='Josalyn' last='Samuels'], [player_tooltip player_id='728032' first='Logan' last='McGuire'], and [player_tooltip player_id='830542' first='Brooke' last='Larsen'] in the overall top 10. But they aren't the only ones running the show.   Who are the next three setters rising up our list?
