Jameson came to the exposure tour and played amazingly throughout the day. One area that was exceptional was her posture and footwork on contact was elite. She always had her feet to the ball and would always have the correct posture whether she was passing from outside her body or balls hit right at her. She routinely throughout the event was passing balls on target and keeping her setters in system with her passes.
Another area of strength was her ability to use her hands in defense or out of system when she needed to. She also could use her platform when the setter would take the first ball and deliver a good ball to the hitters to get a good offensive attack. She was great at keeping her team in system whether with her own defense or ability to set her hitters up when the time called for it.
Southern AZ has a number of top level liberos throughout the high school ranks, but you may not see a better one over how well Jameson plays. She is someone who can do all the little things well on top of being a consistent high level libero. She was an easy pick to be a 2029 all star this weekend at the event and look forward to seeing her do well this club season!
