She finished with 790 assists as a sophomore and was also tied for second on the team in digs with 237. She has back-to-back seasons with at least 200 digs. She is a six-rotation athlete and is an intelligent volleyball player. She is currenlty ranked No. 14 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028. She can also get up at the net, recording back-to-back seasons with 20-plus blocks. She is ranked No. 37 overall by Prep Dig Kansas. McDonald can really sting a ball. She finished with 319 kills during her sophomore campaign. Her blocking numbers were way down, so I am interested to find out why. She might have played more outside last season for the Hornets. This Shockwave roster has some dangerous pin hitters, so maybe she will play in the middle for them. McDonald is ranked No. 20 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028. I am interested to see how Morrison fits in with this group. It is a team that will receive a ton of attention on the club circuit this season, which will only help Morrison get noticed. It's an elite roster filled with college-level prospects. Walter runs the offense for the Saints as she does for the Hayden Wildcats. She had already reached the 2,000 assist mark in just two prep seasons. She is a multi-sport athlete who had an impact on the basketball court in December. I have not seen Hayden play yet this winter, but one of their rivalry games is set to be my first basketball game of the season after the New Year. She is a bouncy setter and a quick point guard. She is the No. 2-ranked setter in the Kansas Class of 2028 and ranked No. 9 overall.
