Andrews was a big reason the Lansing Lions advanced to the Class 5A State Tournament’s final four this fall. She will be playing for Dynasty ‘s 16-2 team this weekend. She has posted back-to-back seasons with 700-plus assist totals. She finished with 790 assists as a sophomore and was also tied for second on the team in digs with 237. She has back-to-back seasons with at least 200 digs. She is a six-rotation athlete and is an intelligent volleyball player. She is currenlty ranked No. 14 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028. Dynasty 16-2 will open Pool H play against Club North 16-2 at 8:00 a.m.

Andrews’ season ended on the second day of the Class 5A State Tournament. She is one of the most physical setters in the state of Kansas. She has the frame, strength, and quickness to be a wrestler. She recorded 740 assists for the Lions. She has produced back-to-back seasons with 700-plus assists. Andrews is ranked No. 14 overall.

Andrews is Lansing’s young setter who really benefits from playing with Sands. She is way more reserved as a player, but can be a silent assassin on the court. She has handed out 603 assists to date this season, after recording 704 assists as a freshman. She will need to step up big and distribute the ball well for the Lions to roar on Saturday. Lansing owns a record of 25-9 and will be the No. 5 Seed in Salina. The Lions open their tournament at 10:00 a.m. against the No. 4 Seed St. Thomas Aquinas. The Lions are 2-1 against state tournament-qualifying teams.

Andrews is another player who is moving into the Top 20 after being ranked just outside the Top 20 at No. 21. She is way more confident this season as Lansing’s setter. She will also have a wealth of experience running an offense by the time her prep career is complete. She already passed the 1,000-career assist mark this season. The sophomore setter has dished out 422 assists through 44 sets played, and is on pace to pass her freshman season total of 734 assists. Lansing recently finished in third place at the Seaman Invitational and will look to earn a postseason trip to Salina.

One of the most complete players in the gym. Though listed as a setter, Andrews showed she could do it all—great tempo, strong attacker when needed, and locked in defensively. Her athleticism and versatility make her a true utility standout.

Andrews is currently ranked No. 26 overall, but will be moving up a few spots tomorrow. She is a talented setter who can also play outside hitter if needed. She piled up 734 assists during her freshman campaign. Those numbers are sure to rise as she will lead a Lansing squad stacked with young talent that will grow together at the prep level.
