Rankings Update: Preview Of Five New 2028 Athletes

Those rankings will include 250 total athletes.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here is a look at a handful of athletes who will be making their debut in the rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Dig profiles have been created for each athlete. Athletes can use the link below to claim their <strong>FREE </strong>profiles. <a href="https://prepdig.com/prospect-index/">https://prepdig.com/prospect-index/</a></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Athletes will want to return on January 6, to see where they landed in the rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='829880' first='Audrey' last='Holle']</strong>, 5'9”, OH, Riley County, ‘28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Riley County's Holle will be the highest-ranked new athlete in the rankings. She will debut inside the Top 100 after a sophomore season in which she recorded 390 kills in 100 sets played for the Falcons. She also tallied 143 digs and 54 blocks for the Falcons.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='845459' first='Elysse' last='Wisker']</strong>, 5'11”, OH/RS, Salina South, ‘28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The tallest debut athlete in the updated rankings will be Salina South's Wisker. She finished her sophomore season with 233 kills in 88 sets. She also registered 197 serve receptions, 153 digs, and 47 aces for the Cougars. Her older sister was once a ranked volleyball athlete by Prep Dig Kansas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='907062' first='Katelyn' last='Detweiler'],</strong> 5'7”, S, Axtell, ‘28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Detweiler will be one of a large contingent of setters joining the Kansas Class of 2028 rankings. She dished out 813 assists to her Axtell teammates during her sophomore campaign. She has also posted back-to-back seasons with 100-plus kills.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='930455' first='Scarlett' last='Harmon']</strong>, 5'7”, S, Hill City, ‘28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Harmon is another small-school setter set to join the Prep Dig rankings. She finished her sophomore season with 386 assists in 81 sets played for the Ringnecks. She also finished with 164 digs for Hill City.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='930457' first='Aaliyah' last='Skipworth']</strong>, 5'8”, S, Canton-Galva, ‘28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Skipworth finished her sophomore season with 367 assists in 70 sets played for Canton-Galva. She is a tall setter who also recorded 81 kills and 118 digs. She will debut in the rankings on January 6.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
