Players To Watch At Central Zones: 17 Open

Over 160 courts are being used throughout central Indiana, and there are an overwhelming amount of teams and players to watch this weekend. That being said, we'll spend some time keeping an eye on a few players ready for their close-up. With injuries on the attack for the 17 Purple squad, she'll be called upon even more to take the pressure off of some of the younger, lesser experienced attackers on her squad. She's already earned two 4A state championships in her first two high school seasons, with her most recent fall placing Carroll among the top ten nationally. Maggie's size, accuracy and high-end natural abilities puts her among the elite in the class of ‘28, and I think she's still growing (some publications have her height listed at 6'2”.).
