Arijana looked really good at our showcase and is someone who could make some serious waves this fall during the high school season. She has a lot of potential but she already is showing several high level tools in her game. She is a strong offensive force who generates a lot of power through her swing and can score in multiple ways. She is comfortable taking on a block and has the ability to hit around it when the opportunity is there. She has a full offensive range from the pin and can attack sharp angles, deep corners, and especially the line with a lot of confidence. Her ability to consistently find the line and score there could become a major weapon for her.
She also handles herself well defensively, both with her blocking and passing. At the net, she uses her physicality and reach well and does a nice job getting her hands over the net to take away space from opposing hitters. In the back row, she shows solid ball control and is capable of handling herself in serve receive while continuing to stay engaged in the play. What stands out most is the combination of power, versatility, and upside she brings to the pin. Arijana has the tools to be a major contributor this fall, and came to show case and demonstrated why she is one of the best pins out there.
