has officially moved from the No. 2 spot in Arizona’s 2030 class to No. 1 — and it’s easy to see why. She’s the type of player who can completely shift the momentum and trajectory of a match simply by stepping on the court.
What makes Charlotte so special is how complete her game already is at such a young age. She’s steady and composed in serve receive and defense, while also being a true offensive weapon in the front row. Teams consistently try to pressure her on serve receive in an effort to disrupt her rhythm, but time and time again, she proves unfazed.
She impacts the game from every area of the court with her athleticism, competitiveness, and ability to perform in big moments. Charlotte continues to impress us every time we watch her play, and we have no doubt she’ll keep raising the bar moving forward.

Charlotte is the prototypical 6 rotational outside hitter who has a fast arm swing, good serve, and elite ball control. She is someone who can do it all from all phases of the game. Starting from the ground up we see she has an approach that is fluid and aggressive, which allows her to get extremely high in the air and contact the ball well above a block at times. She also has the speed and coordination to fun faster tempo balls when she does have a big block in front of her while being smart enough to hit high hands or use a off speed shot as well.
One of the best compliments I can give a non libero passer is that in serve receive, she is dependable and technically disciplined. She is never going to be out of position and she has a solid and smooth platform that allows good contact points whenever she touches the ball. Her defense is top shelf as well as she is tracking balls into the corners and showing the foot speed to close space quickly and get good touches on those balls to keep her team in system. At the net, she’s developing into a physical blocker who presses over the net and takes away angles with strong hands and a impressive vert to go with that.
Charlotte is one of the best pins in the class of 2030, and her all around game speaks for itself. She is already technically sound and a force on the offensive and defensive end and someone who is going to be a top player in AZ for years to come.
