You can tell she is one of those players who all of her teammates enjoy sharing the court with. She does an amazing job of knowing what her team needs and brings whatever they need in that moment. If they need reassurance, she will be the biggest cheerleader. But if they need someone to get on them, hold them accountable, and push them forward, she can make that switch in a second. She has the perfect personality that everyone looks for in their setters. Skill-wise, she plays with another level of knowledge and always finds ways to set her team up for success and help them score.

Lynch runs a smooth floor. She plays with great composure for a young setter and showcases exceptionally soft, clean hands.
