Addison Lynch Addison Lynch 5'10" | S/RS Ames | 2029 IA is another setter who has been advancing rapidly and still has room to grow. Lynch runs her offense with composure and accuracy. Although setting is her forte, she still knows how to put a ball away on the right side. Defensively, she is scrappy in the back row, takes up a good amount of the court, and can hold her own with a decent block. I definitely see a lot of potential with Addison and I’m curious to see how she continues to grow over the next few years.

Addison Lynch Addison Lynch 5'10" | S/RS Ames | 2029 IA is definitely a favorite of mine to watch. Not only is she a very skilled athlete, but she also brings so much joy to the game. You can tell she is one of those players who all of her teammates enjoy sharing the court with. She does an amazing job of knowing what her team needs and brings whatever they need in that moment. If they need reassurance, she will be the biggest cheerleader. But if they need someone to get on them, hold them accountable, and push them forward, she can make that switch in a second. She has the perfect personality that everyone looks for in their setters. Skill-wise, she plays with another level of knowledge and always finds ways to set her team up for success and help them score.

Lynch runs a smooth floor. She plays with great composure for a young setter and showcases exceptionally soft, clean hands.
