About Addison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’d describe my gameplay style as aggressive, smart, and team-focused. I stay composed under pressure, make quick decisions, and always look for ways to support my teammates—whether that’s with strategic plays, solid communication, or consistent energy on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a competitive but coachable mentality. I’m always striving to improve, open to feedback, and focused on doing whatever it takes to help my team succeed. I bring positive energy, consistency, and a strong work ethic to everything I do—on and off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, outside of volleyball I’m involved in theatre, dance, the Club de Español, the Helping Hands organization, and I also study sign language. These activities have helped me grow as a well-rounded communicator, express creativity, and stay actively involved in my school and community."

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through volleyball & my involvement in school and community activities, I’ve developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. I’ve learned how to support others, stay focused under pressure, & lead by example, whether it’s on the court, in a performance, or during service projects. They have shaped me into someone who’s dependable, adaptable, & committed to making a positive impact

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Balancing academics, volleyball, and extracurriculars has been a challenge, but it’s helped me build discipline, time management, and resilience.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college with strong academics, a competitive volleyball program, and a supportive community where I can grow as both a student and an athlete.
