About Adesuwa

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a 6’2” middle blocker with a fast, aggressive playing style who thrives in high-paced, competitive matches. I am a team captain and consider myself a leader who brings strong energy, communication, and a team-first mindset while consistently elevating the play of my teammates.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I constantly try to have a competitive, fearless mindset and always push myself and my teammates to perform at their best. I bring positivity, and constant encouragement on the court. I love to bring energy to the court, not only for my play but for my teammates. It makes all the difference in tough games.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

At school I try to stay involved in activities across campus. I am part of PALS on campus to help engage new students, and HOSA for my goal of a future in medicine.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I stay active in school programs, including volunteering to be a coach for the Little Warriors Camps for volleyball. I also enjoy doing volunteer work in our community and church. I regularly volunteer my time at a local small business that does spirit gear for the area schools to ensure she has the support needed to support our local schools and community.
