Wilson earns All-Tournament recognition at Volleypalooza in Texas by making her presence felt at the net. This freshman brings strength and intensity on both sides of the ball, using her high volleyball IQ to challenge opponents offensively and defensively. Her ability to step into high-level matchups and make an impact at such a young age highlights her upside and makes her a player college coaches are already tracking very closely. We are excited to follow her journey as she continues to develop and land herself on many college boards.

Baylee Wilson from Coast brings such a solid all around game where she can score from either pin. I was impressed with how well she went from blocking, to being an off block defender and being available to attack. She brings a high IQ to the court and if one shot doesn’t score she’s not afraid to go right back at it. She also has creativity in how she can score points mixing up her speed and using the block.

Baylee from Coast 15-1 stood out for her energy and competitive spirit. Her favorite moment came during hitting lines, where athletes were crushing the ball and hyping each other up, creating an electric and inspiring atmosphere. When asked to describe her game after camp, Baylee chose three powerful words: grit, passion, and purpose.

One of the most impactful parts of her experience was meeting Coach Ashley from Raki Volleyball, whose voice carried purpose and intensity. Baylee was especially inspired by the way Ashley communicated with passion and clarity. “Practicing volleyball with Division I players pushed my game to the next level by constantly challenging me to rise to their intensity and skill,” Baylee shared. “I loved playing alongside the fast-paced play and seeing their advanced techniques that I can incorporate into my game. These players have high expectations, which pushed me to sharpen my game and push past my comfort zone. This helped me build both physical and mental toughness. Being in that competitive environment inspired me to elevate my game and learn what it takes to perform at the next level. I loved it.”
