It’s not very common to see middles being the main scoring options for their teams but that’s exaclty what Fledderman was for Bay Area Christian over the weekend. Displaying great connection with her twin sister Brooke, she was set quite often and used her size and power to beat opponents and score at a high volume, on some occasions doing it from the right. Not many opponents were able to match Fledderman at the net and she also made a strong impact with her blocking. The middle had a very strong jump serve too, which at times got opponents out of system.

She’s a physical player, who doesn’t shy away from using her tools to win points, but also has a very high volleyball IQ, which allows her to read the game well and make good decisions in a split second. Fledderman is a very effective offensive player, making contact with the ball at a high point and putting a lot of power in her swings, but also makes a huge impact with her blocking, proving to be an extremely valuable player.
