Briana Rusch Briana Rusch 5'11" | MB Menasha | 2028 WI has a huge upside to her game where she’s someone who needs to be on the radar of college coaches.  She has length, athleticism, and she is touching real high out of the middle.  Spiketown 16.3 has been on a tear all season. They have balance, but also when they really need a point they have their go to terminators with Rusch being one of them.

She tracked the setter’s release well and timed her block jumps based on hitter tempo rather than guessing. From my angle, you could see her reading shoulder direction and adjusting her hand positioning to take away high-percentage shots.

Offensively, Briana was efficient. She didn’t over-swing — she placed the ball with purpose. Whether it was snapping sharp angles or tooling the outside hand of the block, she made smart decisions. In transition, she worked hard to get available, creating quick options that kept the defense honest. Another middle blocker to put on the radar.  Briana Rusch Briana Rusch 5'11" | MB Menasha | 2028 WI brings length and athleticism to the front line where she was so efficient for the Spiketown 16.3 squad who brought home the 16 Club title. She has a high reach, gets from pin to pin quickly, and is available in transition situations.  With her wingspan and intangibles, she is a next level type of athlete that I think college coaches could keep tabs on.  This Spiketown 16.3 squad has a really fun chemistry and is going to be a dangerous team in 2026.
