in the club season as she found plenty of success for Spiketown out of the Appleton area. O’Malley preps for Montello High School where she is a setter/right side combo player. She has plenty of length where she is a problem for opponents at the net. She is averaging two kills per set and over five assists per set. Montello is 12-4 to start the year and will be ones to watch in the Trailways West conference.

Charlee O’Malley is quite the combo player for Spiketown 15.1. She is a setter/right side where at 5’10, her length is a huge plus for her squad. She can receive the ball high, can find the favorable matchup for her attackers, and there were a few opportunities where she absolutely crushed for a kill. There is a major upside to her game where the sky is really high on her potential.

Standing at 6’0″, OMalley could be seen setting and hitting for Montello varsity this past fall. She had 114 kills, 47 aces, and dished out 310 assists in her freshman year. Charlee is a very aggressive setter with really good court vision, and thus, she was able to rack up several kills by executing a wide variety of setter dumps. When teams come up against Spiketown USA in a few weeks, they will need to be mindful of her and on their toes when she is setting or they will be left scrambling.
