Lowe puts balls all over the court consistently keeping defenders on the move. Lowe adds in a sound jump serve. Lowe said the team appreciates the ways VanHoose and staff are teaching them to run faster offenses. Lowe added the repetitions in practice have helped there.

Lowe does a great job controlling the net forcing balls high and wide with her vertical. Lowe pounds balls all over the court from the middle and pins. Lowe mixes in a sound jump serve. She is primed for another big season if the Cougars get into a sound offensive rhythm. Lowe said the team is in a good rhythm, adding the team is finding ways to speed up the play with quick sets among other things. Lowe said getting a lot of reps in practice helps there.

Lowe is a force at the net for the Cougars. Lowe takes sound steps to the net then unleashes balls with a fury. She mixes in shallow tips to keep defenders guessing. Lowe pounds balls from all nine zones at the net. She can even rise above blockers with her size. Lowe had 246 kills to lead the Cougars to a 21-16 record and spot in the 14th Region semifinals this past season.
