Olathe West is always a competitive team deep with talent, which has led her to being overlooked at times. There is no category in which she posts eye-popping numbers, but her overall numbers prove her worth. As a junior, she recorded 274 kills, 249 digs, and 82 blocks. She is currenlty ranked No. 6 overall, but will need to return next week to see if she moved up, down, or stayed in that Top 10 slot.

Sher stood out as a six rotation pin for Power ‘]. Her shot selection and ability to get kills when her team needed her was impressive to watch. One thing that caught my eye was her discipline to get her feet under her on out of system sets to still take an aggressive swing at the ball versus an easy free ball. I saw her in a few matches and she was the best attacker on the floor for Power .
