Caroline is developing her game which some top notch clubs which tells you something about the level of interest her game has already generated. At 5’8″ as a class of 2031 outside hitter she has the frame that evaluators notice and the work ethic to match it. Her approach timing was one of the cleaner ones on the floor at the Dallas Up Next Showcase and she attacked with purpose rather than just swinging and hoping. She stayed engaged in serve receive and competed defensively in the back row with the same effort she brought to the front row. Court coaches appreciated the consistency she showed throughout the entire session and the way she carried herself between points when things did not go her way reflected a competitive character that shows up in the best players at any age. Caroline Spaulding, a rising outside hitter from Mckinney, that showed up ready to show out at the Up Next Showcase. She left quite the impression with her strong swing and hitting mechanics on the court. While it is early in her volleyball career, proper training was on full display. A great approach with good timing on the set, Caroline has the potential to be the next one up.
