Where she really impressed me was the Nationals Showcase. She connected with hitters from across the country and made it look like she had been playing with them for years. That is no simple feat for a setter. Charlette improved from 66th to 53rd in the rankings.

Charlette is a very consistent setter. Whether she is in a tight club game or a college showcase, she can adjust, perform, and execute at a consistently high level. I have had the opportunity to see Charlette play numerous times, and she has always impressed me with her court awareness, setting choices, and precision.

Charlette is an athlete who is always working and improving her game. I love how she feeds her hitters and spreads her offense. She played at our USAV Nationals Showcase, the Prep Dig Sizzle, and the Stock Up Showcase in quick succession, so I saw her play numerous times in different settings. Yet, she was always consistent and found ways to get her hands on the ball and put up a clean set. Charlette jumped in the rankings from 76th to 66th.

Charlette has improved so much in the last year. She has always had a great touch on the ball and been very athletic, but everything just seemed to click for her recently, including the way she spreads her offense, reading opposing blockers, and giving her hitters the best possible opportunities to earn points. Charlette is consistent, athletic, and confident on the court.

Charlette is an athlete I have had the opportunity to cover over the past few years, and every time I have seen her play, she elevates her game. At the showcase, she was moving the ball around with great tempo. Charlette is defensively strong as well and plays scrappy against tips and in coverage. She is very well-rounded and showed how dynamic she can be throughout the showcase.
