Even though she played middle this year for Langley I still show her as an outside. She hit well there but Francise Ramirez Francise Ramirez 5'8" | OH/DS/L Langley | 2027 State VA and Rujuta Singh Rujuta Singh 5'8" | OH/DS/L Langley | 2028 State VA won the two left side positions. To get her arm in the lineup the Saxons put her in the middle. Surprisingly, she took to it quickly burying quick tempo sets as if she played the position for years. She climbed from 164 to 149 in our rankings.

At 5’10” she has good height. The experience in the middle will add to her versatility. Chloe has committed to Carnegie Mellon.

Early in the season Chloe fought for a role as a pin hitter. Rujuta Singh Rujuta Singh 5'8" | OH/DS/L Langley | 2028 State VA beat her out for a left side position and Vivian Nitowski Vivian Nitowski 5'8" | RS/OH Langley | 2025 State VA won the one right side slot. Her role became depth for the two positions.

In the game against Madison Rujuta struggled. Chloe Lin Chloe Lin 5'10" | OH/RS Langley | 2026 State VA came in to become a game saver. Her two kills in set two turned a 20-20 tie into a 23-20 lead. Without those kills Langley could have been down 2-0 in the match.

Chloe also put together two kills in the fourth set to help the Saxons pull away early. Even though she did not start the first two sets she came close to achieving double digit kills for the match. Depth becomes important for a team to win championships.

At the start of the season, with Ana Toumazatos Ana Toumazatos 6'1" | OH Langley | 2025 State VA injured Chloe Lin Chloe Lin 5'10" | OH/RS Langley | 2026 State VA also helped at the pins. Langley continued to win even playing without their big hitter. At 5’10” Chloe brings good height to the floor to make an impact at the net. Next year, after Ana graduates she should win a starting slot.
