O’Connell earned a major accolade as our Avoli Committed Athlete from the event, but that was just the start of O’Connell’s ascent. She joined the Omaha Marian lineup and helped the team to the tournament with her electric pin attacking. A double-digit kill performance against Omaha Westside has continued the positive trend heading into 2026.
