Owens brings a high motor energy and high hammer swing to the court. She looks to now be 6 feet even, and she has a strong move in transition and a power arm. We watched her in February, and she has improved since then, particularly in her routes and swing choices. Ownes is dynamic and hard-working, with a fiery but positive personality on the court.

Owens is a very athletic middle who bears watching this club season. She has serious press on her block and makes big, dynamic moves to close on attackers. Owens is an “easy: mover on the court; she has excellent coordination and uses her arms to power on her approach and her swing blocks. She knows how to get her team pumped up and celebrates hard with her team after a kill or block.
